Butter's Fried Chicken Wings (6 Wings)

Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal. Please ensure products are fully defrosted before cooking.

1. Preheat oven to Air Fryer or Oven to 170 degrees Celsius


2. Place wings on a cake rack on a tray and cook in oven for 5-6 mins - until hot serve with Butter's Fire Hot Sauce.

Impossible Beef, Bread and Butter Project Sesame Seed Brioche Buns Burger Cheese, Burger Sauce, Pickles.

Butter x Impossble™ Beef Hamburgers (2 Packs)

Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal. Please ensure products are fully defrosted before cooking.

1. Remove the ingredients from their packaging.


2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add some cooking oil to the pan followed by the Impossible beef patties. Press them down with a spatula. Season them with salt. Cook for approx. 3-4mins then flip over and cook for a further 3 mins. Turn the heat down to low then place a slice of cheese over each patty. Set aside until ready to finish the burgers.


3. Whilst the patties are cooking, toast the cut side of the buns under a grill or in a hot pan until golden brown. Alternatively they can be warmed in a hot oven.


4. Divide the burger sauce between the bases and tops of the burger buns.


5. Place the Impossible beef patties on the base of each burger followed by the pickles.You can add tomatoes, ketchup, lettuce or onions if you like.


6. Place the tops on to finish the burgers.

Szechuan Spiced Impossible Beef, Chilli, Green Shallots, Vegetable Noodle Soup

Hot & Numbing Impossible Beef Vegetable Noodle Soup

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius

2. Place tenders on a cake rack on a tray and cook in oven for 4-5 mins - until hot

3. Place a pot of water on the stove to cook the noodles(if you have noodle basket, use this, or a colander is fine) bring to the boil

4. Place Chinese broccoli in the boiling water to cook for 1.30 mins

5. Remove Chinese broccoli with tongs

6. Add noodles to boiling water, cook for 3.30 mins

7. Remove noodles from water

8. In a mixing bowl add noodles, pickled daikon, half of the crispy shallots, green shallots, 3/4 noodle dressing

9. Mix well and add to serving bowl

10. Place Chinese broccoli on top

11. Pour over the remaining dressing & crispy shallots

Butter's O.G. Fried Chicken Ramen

1. Pre heat air-fryer / oven to 170 degrees

2. Put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles

3. Boil the kettle and pour into your serving bowl (this will warm the bowl so your soup stays hot while you #SlurpSlurp)

4. Pour stock into another pot on medium heat to warm up

5. Place chicken bites in the oven/air-fryer for 4 mins until internal temperature is over 65 degrees

6. Cook noodles for 2.45min

7. Once the broth boils pour into your serving bowl

8. Add noodles to your broth and with a fork or tongs jiggle the noodles to loosen up

9. Top the broth and noodles with the Pickled Shiitake, Black Fungi and Sesame Seeds

10. Serve Chicken Tenders on top
