Butter Ramen Club at Home

Learn to prep our Butter Ramen Club at Home packs, the Butter way! Instructed by our Executive Chef, Julian Cincotta! Or follow along with the method below!

Julian Cincotta x Butter

Butter's World Famous Fried Chicken Ramen

1. Pre heat air-fryer / oven to 170 deg

2. Put a pot of water on to boil for the Noodles

3. Boil the kettle and pour into your serving bowl (this will warm the bowl so your soup stays hot while you #SlurpSlurp)

4. Pour stock into another pot on medium heat to warm up

5. Place Chicken Tenders in oven / air fryer for 4 mins till hot.

6. Cook noodles for 2.45min

7. Once the broth boils pour into your serving bowl

8. Add noodles to your broth and with a fork or tongs jiggle the noodles to loosen up

9. Top the broth and noodles with green shallots, narutomaki (fish cake), sesame seeds and bamboo

10. Serve Chicken Tenders on top

Fragrant 5 Spice Fried Chicken Noodle Soup

1. Pre heat air-fryer / oven to 170 deg

2. Put a pot of water on to boil for the Noodles

3. Boil the kettle and pour into your serving bowl (this will warm the bowl so your soup stays hot while you #SlurpSlurp)

4. Pour stock into another pot on medium heat to warm up 5. Place Chicken Tenders in oven / air fryer at 65-70 degrees for 4mins 
(just check internal temperature )

6. Cook noodles for 2.45min

7. Once the broth boils pour into your serving bowl

8. Add noodles to your broth and with a fork or tongs jiggle the noodles to loosen up

9. Top the broth and noodles with the Pickled Shiitake, Black Fungi and Sesame Seeds

10. Serve Chicken Tenders on top

Burnt Ends Chicken Hot Ballz Ramen

1. Pre heat air-fryer / oven to 170 deg

2. Put a pot of water on to boil for the Noodles

3. Boil the kettle and pour into your serving bowl. (This will warm the bowl so your soup stays hot while you #SlurpSlurp)

4. Pour stock into another pot on medium heat to warm up

5. Place Chicken Bites in oven at 65-75 degrees (internal temperature of Chicken) for 4 min. Once chicken is hot, put it in a small bowl & pour over glaze and mix with a spoon to coat.

6. Cook noodles for 2.45min

7. Once the broth boils pour into your serving bowl

8. Add Noodles to your broth and with a fork or tongs jiggle the noodles to loosen up

9. Top the broth and noodles with the Black Fungi and Sesame Seeds

10. Serve Chicken Bites on top

Burnt End Glazed Chicken Bites, Noodles, RSW x Butter Broth, Black Fungi, Sesame Seeds and Green Shallots & Burnt Ends Glaze

Spicy Fried Chicken Noodles

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius

2. Place tenders on a cake rack on a tray and cook in oven for 4-5 mins - until hot

3. Place a pot of water on the stove to cook the noodles(if you have noodle basket, use this, or a colander is fine) bring to the boil

4. Place Chinese broccoli in the boiling water to cook for 1.30 mins

5. Remove Chinese broccoli with tongs

6. Add noodles to boiling water, cook for 3.30 mins

7. Remove noodles from water

8. In a mixing bowl add noodles, pickled daikon, half of the crispy shallots, green shallots, 3/4 noodle dressing

9. Mix well and add to serving bowl

10. Place Chinese broccoli on top

11. Pour over the remaining dressing & crispy shallots

12. Top with your chicken tenders

13. Slurp Slurp!
