Butter x A$AP Ferg - The Ferg Burg II
Butter, by way of Executive Chef Julian Cincotta, in collaboration with A$AP Ferg are releasing a limited edition new sandwich package - The Aussie Freaks Pack - named in honour of A$AP Ferg’s track off his brand new album Floor Seats II where he declares his love for Australia in the banging track Aussie Freaks.
A number of iconic Sydney venues get a shout out in the new track, including our very own humble venue.

The Ferg Burg II / your choice of crispy fried chicken thigh or field mushroom, with spiced pumpkin, maple syrup and crispy bacon on a painted steamed bun (that's right, the bun is being painted with Aussie Freaks!). This sandwich is the perfect sweet and savory combination.
The Henny Shimmer / Hennessy VS, lime, bubbly ginger, gold dust.
This very special sandwich and drink will be available from Wednesday 14 October to 1 November. And will only be available dine in from both Butter Surry Hills and Butter Parramatta
