BUTTER RAMEN CLUB IS BACK FOR 2021!
It is back by popular demand! Executive Chef Julian Cincotta is bringing back the World Famous Butter Fried Chicken Ramen to the menu just in time for the cold weather. This Ramen has developed a cult-following over the past years and is the perfect companion to get you through the upcoming Sydney winter.

But this year we aren't just bringing back one Ramen, we are making this into a Butter Ramen Club Tour! Julian has linked up with some of Australia's best chefs to create 6 mouth watering Ramen varitents. Here’s a taste of the planned line up…

- Julian Cincotta (of Butter Sydney) / French Dip Ramen - 27 July to 30 August
- Louis Tikaram (of Stanley Brisbane) / 5 Spice Fragrant Ramen - 31 August to 27 September
- Luke Powell (of LP's Quality Meats) / Smokey Flavour Packed Chicken Special Ramen - 28 September to 26 October
The first one coming back is Julian’s cult followed Fried Chicken Ramen. This Ramen is a tonkotsu style ramen consisting of one of Butter’s crispy fried chicken tenders, fresh thick cut ramen noodles, ajitsuke tamago (marinated soft boiled half egg) and enoki mushrooms in a chicken and dashi based broth. A limited number of bowls will be available everyday at each Butter venue - Surry Hills, Parramatta and Chatswood - starting Tuesday 20 April 2021 and ending on 17 May 2021.

Also, keep an eye out for 2021’s release of our Butter Ramen Club apparel range. A special Butter Ramen Club UV colour change tee is in production right now. It will be available for $50, with first glimpse pictures coming very soon!
Louis Tikaram's 5 Spice Fragrant Ramen
Julian and Louie will also be holding a one weekend pop up of their amazing creation at the Stanley venue in September. Here, for the first time ever, the lucky punters of Brisbane will be able to get their hands on Butter’s World Famous Fried Chicken Ramen without leaving their city! They will also be be able to ball out and upgrade to adding Stanley’s Roast Duck into this great Ramen.
The Butter Fried Chicken Ramen ($20) will be available in limited numbers each day from Monday 12th April at Butter Surry Hills, Butter Parramatta and Butter Chatswoods all day, everyday.
